Welcome to STREAMS. By using the STREAMS service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or others.

• Use the Service to stream content you do not have the right to use (e.g., without proper YouTube terms compliance and rights)

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that we determine violate these rules.

Content and YouTube

The Service relies on content you add (e.g., from YouTube). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to use, display, and stream that content. You must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and any applicable policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or for YouTube’s availability or policies.

Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own use in accordance with these Terms. STREAMS and its branding, software, and materials remain our property. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
